Precast Facade Prices

Examined criteria regarding Precast Facade Prices:

Precast facade prices are determined according to the planning of GFRC / GRC coatings as modules. The repetition of modules reduces the unit m2 price. In addition, the type of mold (wood, polyester, silicone or rubber) is one of the factors affecting the unit price.

The texture on the surfaces of the GRC Precast elements, or in other words, the depth increase of the surface mobility changes the type of mold. The mold type being silicone or rubber instead of wood or polyester requires an increase in cost. However, efficiency is calculated with the number of castings determined according to the mold types. FIBERTON states the poses related to the mold types in the project proposals it works with. Thus, the value of each pose in m2 can be examined.

Colored Precast

Coloring at the production stage (colored option made of dough) is an element that increases the price. In addition, the application of surface protection to precast (GFRC) elements after assembly also increases the unit price. Silica-based paints can be used as a color image alternative. Thanks to these paints, which do not make any thickness on the surface, there is no loss in the detail clarity of the texture or decorative elements.

Regarding the colored appearance, a primer application is applied as an impregnation on the precast (GRC) surface. Afterwards, the desired color is given to the surface by applying two coats of paint. The aforementioned coloring processes are offered optionally in our offers, unless otherwise stated.

Static Analysis

The application surface distance of the precast (GFRC) facade elements that are planned to be assembled is important. The carcass to be used behind the panel is related to the unit price as it affects the static calculation.

How Earthquake and Wind Loads Affect Precast Facade Prices

Another element in the static calculation is wind and earthquake loads. Unless otherwise stated, the relevant loads are taken by considering the legal limits. In addition, as the height of the structure increases, the loads it is exposed to also increase. Increasing loads also bring an increase in price in the total cost.

In addition, the location of the project also affects the mobilization costs. Therefore, the efficiency of the equipment planned to be used during assembly is also important.

The variety of anchors and fasteners to be used is basically divided into two as open or closed facades, and application difficulties are determined based on these criteria.

During the production of the desired curved structures, L or U-shaped elements on the concrete element Precast (GRC), the parts with turns and folds are produced thicker due to the use of spray technology, and this thickness increases the cost.
