Access to raw material as a gfrc supplier

The most important issue is access to raw materials. White cement is one of the most material used in gfrc. In Turkey, we have two manufacturers located in Adana and Mersin. For that reason, we have access to white portland cement in a short distance. That is also a big plus for carbon foot print. One of the other raw material is silica sand. High content of silica is a must on manufacturing gfrc. Çukurova region has the richest and highest quality silica fields in Turkey. This is why, glass industry is located in Mersin. With having an advantage of access to raw materials as a supplier, we’re reducing low energy consumption in total. Therefeore, this is increasing our environmental benefits. Besides, humidity is an important issue on manufacturing process. High humidity allows to keep moisture in the concrete in 28 days period.

Delivery conditions & terms

Mersin port is one of the biggest port in Turkey. Not only seaway , but also railway delivery is an option in logistics. FIBERTON A.Ş. products can be transported economically to every region in the world. We’re taking care of all possible delivery options on realising the most effective way. We deliver our products by containers, truck, or by roro. As a gfrc supplier, internetional deliery terms are done such as exw, fob, cif and dap.

GFRC quality management

Fiberton A.Ş. as a gfrc supplier, manufacturing gfrc / grc / uhpc concrete elements. Most of the European standards are followed. TS EN 12467 certificate, ISO 9001: 2015 quality management, OHSAS 18001: 2007 occupational health and safety and 14001: 2015 environmental management system certificates we had. Also we’re a full member of GRCA where the biggest gfrc supplier are members.
