Another advantage of GRC Plus is its proximity to raw materials. Many raw materials used in the production of GFRC / GRC concrete exterior cladding elements are around Mersin and Adana. For example, white cement production is carried out by only two factories in Turkey. The distance of the cement factories to our production facility is 700 meters to 70 km. In other words, our competitors producing gfrc in other regions have to transport cement from these two facilities. This negatively affects their costs.

Another issue is silica sand, which is the other component of gfrc. In order to ensure production standards, the amount of silica in the silica sand must contain more than 95% silica.

As it is known, Mersin is a region with the richest silica deposits. For this reason, Turkish Glass Industry operates in Mersin. GRC Plus supplies from sand quarries with the highest silica content.
